MUCC Names 2012 Conservation Awards Honorees

MNRTF Inducted Into Conservation Hall of Fame

LANSING, MI — As part  of its Annual Convention, Michigan United Conservation Clubs celebrated its 75th anniversary with a special event that featured an awards ceremony honoring MUCC’s 2012 Conservation Award winners.

Ken Kelly of Mag-na-port of Harrison Township and Bob’s Gun and Tackle Shop of Hastings each received MUCC Outstanding Conservationist awards for their contributions to conservation in Michigan.

To cap off the awards ceremony, the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund was inducted in MUCC’s Conservation Hall of Fame.
