Outdoor Heritage Society

MUCC has established the Outdoor Heritage Society to recognize and honor those individuals who care deeply about protecting and conserving our state’s natural resources and who, in order to ensure the long-term survival of MUCC, have included MUCC in their long-term financial plans.

The Society includes members who agree to:
– Include MUCC in their will or estate plans;
– Donate a gift of life insurance;
– Assignment of retirement plan assets;
– A gift of appreciated stock; or
– A charitable remainder trust or charitable gift annuity.

If you have already included MUCC in a bequest or other planned gift, we hope you will let us know by contacting Dan Eichinger at deichinger@mucc.org. Your willingness to be listed as a member of the Outdoor Heritage Society encourages others to follow your example. We will also respect your desire to remain anonymous. If you would like to discuss the best options for you and your family, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you!

“I have been a member of MUCC for more than 20 years. I support the mission of MUCC. I believe that the survival of MUCC is of vital importance to the natural resources of the state of Michigan .I firmly believe that with being a supporter of MUCC, there is also a responsibility to do what one cant to see that the Organization is financially healthy.
The organization must have the financial resources to fulfill it mission. I am in a position that I can give some additional financial support to the organization. While it is important to look at the long range financial health of the organization, it also needs current financial support. I made the decision to give my support during my lifetime. I want to see MUCC thrive and move into the future on good financial footing and survive to provide the same leadership and stewardship of our natural resources for many generations to come.
