Join the Kirtland’s Warbler Alliance, MUCC, Huron Pines, and the Michigan Department of Natural Resources on Saturday, May 6 from 9am-12:30pm.

Volunteers will assist with planting thousands of jack pine seedlings within the Grayling Forest Management Unit in an area designated to the restoration of Kirtland’s warbler habitat in Crawford County.

Meeting location: This project will take place off of W 4 Mile Road, southeast of Grayling, MI in Crawford County. Please use the link below to view the volunteer meeting location. 

Tree planting requires moderate physical activity. Please wear closed-toe shoes and dress for the weather as this event will take place rain or shine. All ages are welcome to attend.

All equipment will be provided and registered volunteers will receive free lunch.
