Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the Super Bowl LIX Raffle ("Raffle") organized by the Michigan United Conservation Clubs ("Organizer"). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• The Raffle is open only to individuals who:
• Reside in Michigan at the time of purchase.
• Are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Exclude employees, staff, executive board members, and their immediate household family members.

3. Raffle Tickets and Entry Requirements

• Tickets for the Raffle are $100 each, with no limit to the number of tickets an individual may purchase.
• To enter, participants must purchase a ticket through the Michigan United Conservation Clubs authorized channels.
• All tickets must be purchased by no later than noon on January 6, 2025.
• If more than 500 tickets are sold, the prize will be the Super Bowl LIX Package as detailed below. If 499 or fewer tickets are sold, the prize will be a 50/50 raffle with a minimum prize of $5,000.

4. Raffle Prize

• Super Bowl LIX Package (valued at over $33,000), which includes:
• Two (2) tickets to Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans.
• Three (3) nights hotel accommodations at the Hotel Monteleone.
• Access to the On Location Lounge featuring the Lombardi Trophy.
• Super Bowl LIX Gifting Experience.
• Choice of New Orleans Event.
• Gameday Experience - Club 67.
• $1,500 Flight Voucher for travel to New Orleans.

If 500 or fewer tickets are sold, the prize will convert to a 50/50 raffle with a minimum prize of $5,000.

5. Winner Selection and Drawing

• The winner will be selected in a random drawing to take place on January 6, 2025, between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM EST.
• The drawing will take place at 2101 Wood St. Lansing, MI 48912 and will be live-streamed.
• The winner will be contacted via phone or email within 24 hours of the drawing.

6. Prize Claim and Redraw

• The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of being notified. If the prize is not claimed within that time, a redraw will take place to select a new winner.
• Failure to claim the prize within the allotted time will result in disqualification.

7. Prize Delivery

• The Super Bowl LIX Package will be arranged and delivered as per the package details, including tickets, hotel accommodations, and experiences. On Location Events LLC, the partner vendor will handle the ticket transfer.
• The 50/50 prize will be awarded as a cash prize, delivered by check or other method determined by the Organizer.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

• All ticket sales are final. There will be no refunds for tickets purchased.

9. Liability

• The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment arising from participation in the Raffle or the use of any prize.
• The Organizer is not liable for any technical errors, delays, or issues that may prevent participation in the Raffle or winner selection.

10. Privacy

• By entering the Raffle, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information by the Organizer
• The Organizer will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

11. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Michigan.

12. Changes to Terms The Organizer reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the Organizer's website and will apply to all participants.
