Justin joined MUCC in January of 2022. He lives in the Grand Rapids area with his wife and daughter. Originally from Traverse City, Justin grew up chasing turkeys, deer, squirrels, and fishing for anything that would bite. Justin has a B.S. in Political Science from Grand Valley State University and has spent most of his professional career running political campaigns.

Justin is a registered lobbyist agent for MUCC, and represents the organization in both the legislature and Natural Resources Commission.

As part of his role with MUCC, Justin serves as the MUCC representative on the Coldwater Resources Steering Committee, the Bear Forum, the Furtaker user group, the Conservation Coalition, and other stakeholder groups. Justin also serves as the treasurer of the Michigan Sportsmen’s Caucus Advisory Council.

When not at work Justin is hanging out with his wife Ashley and their daughter, or hunting and fishing.
