Commissioners voted to redefine what constitutes an artificial fly in Michigan at the October Natural Resources Commission (NRC) meeting. Fisheries Order 200.23, which defines what an artificial fly is, passed unanimously after one minor amendment submitted by Commissioner Cozad.
